Our therapeutic Microwave Heat Packs are ideal for relieving  aches and pains.

They are out of pure cotton and segmented so that the contents do not separate. Each pack comes with its' own washable cover and instructions. Other covers are also available to buy.

We have two main sizes that are approximately 50cm x 14cm and 25cm x 14cm. We can also create custom packs upon request.
